Hey HD...yes. I haven't started exercising yet. I stopped eating all the junk. Cut down on the carbs & eating late. Uptake the water. & the main thing portion control. If I want something, I eat it...just not a ton of it. LOL

I lost 29 pounds! I need to start toning up now because being a squishy and soft size 6 ain't cool...

Back and calves today. My left calf is marginally bigger than my right and I can it's insertion point.. Can't exactly see it on my right



Your calves sound awesome.  What workouts are you doing for calves?  Are calf raises enough?

i do seated calf raises, donkey calves, calves on the leg press machine and stand calf raise raises

i try to feel the stretch and contraction right don teh middle of my calves for each rep and i always hold the contraction

unless im on the leg press, i never go heavy, i focus on the contraction and seems to be working, also i always have a slight bend in my knee at the start of the set, i find it engages my calves more

late night cardio completed, couldnt make it to the gym

having 100g chicken breast spinach salsa and protein wheyHey protein ice cream

My gym has this machine. It's super hard. I think I could only do 50 pounds w/10 or 11 reps.

50 lbs is good! I usually can only do about 35 on each leg

Instead of driving to go giet something eat, I rode by bike! I did 2.5 miles today, will hit the gym tomorrow
