Instead of driving to go giet something eat, I rode by bike! I did 2.5 miles today, will hit the gym tomorrow

Thanks again..looks like I've been doing  a variation of this,  which explains my bum rounding out a lil more...now I know to make a concerted effort with this approach

^^you're welcome..I found a video on a site about it but it's been taken down I think

..you basically do certain exercises like butt clenches and leg lifts to wake your muscles up prior to training, it definitely helped me anyway
