I still want to gain more muscle mass. It feels great to look good for yourself and no one else.

3 pancakes with syrup
3 sausages
2 links
2 eggs
orange juice

Lunch: 500 calories
Ramen noodles (example)

Dinner: 800 cal
Chick-fil-a (example)
-3 piece tender strip
-waffle fry
-24 oz water

I eat a lot of fast food and I want to have more of variety (and home cooked meals), that is mostly what my daily diet consists of.

eek! I understand that  you are trying to gain weight but this is not the diet to do it. Its not even real food and will not look good in the long run.

and you're an actress right? ....please, please, please stop eating this crap.

Yes I know I don't know how to cook but that's why I'm trying to get different recipes/dinner options so I can change this. I'm always on the go so fast food is most convenient for me (I work night shift as a nurse also). I also feel like if I can prepare my foods for the week that will work best for me.

I have had ramen but threw out that evil sodium packet and used low sodium broth and added plenty of veggies and Turkey sausage. Do you like salads? Maybe you could do that and have salads loaded with protein and veggies. Trail mix, fruits. You can do chicken breasts. Buy a pack at the store. Season and make them up. Lemon pepper, bell pepper, onions, Creole seasoning, even make some orange chicken or teriyaki. Then place a breast into Tupperware. One for each meal and add your veggies or side salad. Add a bottled water and fruit and you are good to go. You have your meals for the week. Plan out what you would like for the week. You can oven make crisp chicken and forego the chick-fil-a.
