Worked out hard yesterday with my trainer on Monday..Going to hit the gym today after work going  hard want to burn between 700-1000 calories before I leave the gym tonight.

My uterus hates me. I don't want to hear any music or anybody yelling at me to workout at the gym. My LS ran w/me yesterday and also did a spinning class and her legs hurt.  My uterus hurts. So we're going to go for a nice long walk and enjoy the weather at 4.

hard drugs & endorphins work for these crampsLOL

I want to work out everyday this month so I just track it in this thread.  31 days and every day I workout I add.  So I started at 1/31...and now I am at 11/31

ive done pretty well so far today and yesterday though i believe i was a whey shake short

and my breakfast was bulky, though the least calorie dense ive had all month,

i looked at it and wanted to throw up at the quantity of food
