I hate when my routine get messed up. I been doing a lot of running around on the weekend and it has been hard to stick with my food schedule. I usually try to have breakfast at least by 10 on the weekend lunch at 2 or 3 and dinner before 8 and of course I have some snacks in the middle. But when you are out and about time slips away and there are not many healthy choices. I try to stick with going to chipotle or quioba and getting the naked burrito bowl helps me get veggies and beans. I have to slow my weekends back down I been to point where I am starving and that is not good.

im not losing weight and i haven't had my period in 3 months lol...not pregnant, but apparently im stressed -_-

i need my body to ignore stress so i can see some more progress...my doctor prescribed yoga, i only like hot yoga tho, otherwise i'll fall asleep :(

^^^ I carry protein bars around in my purse and keep a few Atkins or Muscle Milk Shakes in the car.

i may just join a gym that includes classes in the membership

a lot of the yoga and pilates classes charge more than gym memberships

if power yoga is like ashtanga, then i guess ive done it...but i dont see anything that says power yoga specifically...my doctor won't let me do bikram anymore

I do the same.. but I do it to eat when ever during the day along with meals and snacks since im trying to gain weight.

After 4 weeks of hi intake, today is the start of my massive calorie cut

From 2.6k calls down to 1.8k

Cardio x2/day

Wish me luck.
