Well my SO told me last night that he is noticing a difference in my body since starting free weights. I'm noticing a difference as well. I have much more endurance and I'm starting to look slighty smaller. I should look amazing by my cake day if I keep this up. Should be to my goal by June I hope.

Weights build muscles and increase your lean muscle mass, which helps tone your body. I'm quite sure there is a more complex answer.

9/31 Heading to yoga and MAYBE adding zumba

did 30 mins on the elliptical. 10 of those minutes were lazy


down 3 pounds this week.
