I fell off the wagon and didn't finish the plank challenge...but restarting today!
Also, today is the first day of the week that I am working out. I am thinking in doing yoga tomorrow at my gym too.

I'm like 3 months late but I'm tired of just being skinny (5'3 115 pounds)...always having the threat of fat creeping up on me.  I'm going to start following a full body regimen.  I want to primarily build more lean muscle mass by doing strength workouts will be based on fitness blender videos because I don't have access to a gym.  When it's nicer outside I want to go walking or jogging on a really nice nature trail near my house.

It will be tomorrow before she gets here to go to the gym, reason #54 why I workout alone. I mean we all grown and accountable for our own non jiggling arms.

Well my SO told me last night that he is noticing a difference in my body since starting free weights. I'm noticing a difference as well. I have much more endurance and I'm starting to look slighty smaller. I should look amazing by my cake day if I keep this up. Should be to my goal by June I hope.
