20 Minutes of Tabata style workout and I want to die, but I carry on Cry

Went to the gym and did the Stairclimber for 40 minutes + legs and abs. Later Im getting up so I can go to this Arabic restaurant and getting me a chicken salad, it is so yummy!

my friend and I must have inspired people at the gym because now people ask us for help or to work out with us. it's mainly guys so they're probably just trying to flirt lol.

I feel my fitness level increasing even though per usual I wanted to die after class.

Ive been eating less not better but seeing weight loss.

School up my flow. I need a good big bag to keep my school/work/gym stuff in

Workout is complete. Light weights with a bit of cardio.. Appetite is almost non-existent. Had to force myself to eat.. Trying to find high protein snacks so I can increase amount of protein I get daily. Any ideas?

^^^ I buy those pre boiled eggs from the grocery store and eat those, protein shakes but watch the sugar content in them, fish has tons of protein, and those atkins protein bars.
