Nini if your heart rate can't go above 140 just extend the time on your exercise

Steady state cardio is just as effective

15 mins of sprints is all the cardio u need Sang. I'm all about short workouts, I like the gym but I don't like being in there all day with people who playing around.

I see bigger people running..I envy them...one day I shall run too..
Had a good workout yesterday with the trainer getting better with the burpees

I agree my trainer have me do short sprints I burn 800 cal with him in 40 min...we get it in...
