I was supposed to be low carb this month...I have eaten rice and/or bread every single f-ing day this month.  Weight is still decreasing though so I'm ok w/it

Seems I am.down about 5 pounds but I keep losing and regaining. Boomerang. I am determined to get it off and keep it off. Sandwich with butter lettuce, chicken salad on whole wheat. I like the bread from whole foods as it seems thicker. And fresh fruit on side with bottled water.

Going to start 30 day shred today and incorporate that with my regular gym routine. I better see some faster results on the scale and in inches Angry
