Do you use enough resistance and change the incline? Or go faster? I can usually stay above 140 and when it gets hard I have been at 170.

Do you focus on mainly heartrate? I always wonder if that's the way to do it.

Had the resistance all the way on 20.
I could usually get it up on 10 incline, 10 resistance @ 130-145 rpm.
I'mma just venture on to the stairclimber that I've been avoiding and try to get used to running.

Well you burn more calories the higher your heartrate is.
I like to be around 160-165 which is the "cardio zone."

Thanks for that info
How long do you keep your heartrate that high? An entire hour? Lord...I'd die.  I think my heart rate goes higher than that after spinning.  Once after that class, I had to get on an elliptical to cool down/bring my heart rate down...for an hourSleepy

So for day 1 u will go into a plank, raise ur left leg and stay like that for 15 seconds. Then u will put ur right leg up and stay like that for 15 seconds for a total of 30 seconds. Then u will do a side plank like in the pic and u will use the total time for each side. So a right side plank for 30 seconds, then a left side plank for 30 seconds
Day 1: 00:30 (15)
Day 2: 00:46 (23)
Day 3: 01:00 (30)
Day 4: 01:00 (30)
Day 5: 01:16 (38)
Day 6: 01:30 (45)
Day 7: 02:00 (60)

Inspiration pics. Before/after doing a normal plank challenge
