Weights tomorrow.

Completed the 28 day fitness challenge 2/28. I only lost 5 lbs lol.
Worked out today for like 35 mins.
Im doing "no sweets" until 4/1

Barely squeezed in a workout today 11:15-12:00am so 45 mins.

Had the resistance all the way on 20.
I could usually get it up on 10 incline, 10 resistance @ 130-145 rpm. 
I'mma just venture on to the stairclimber that I've been avoiding and try to get used to running.

Well you burn more calories the higher your heartrate is.
I like to be around 160-165 which is the "cardio zone."
