If it doesn't rain this week, I will go run at the beach a day or two. Going to the gym is alright, but I need to change it up a little bit, and a two mile run on soft sand is the ideal change.

This was posted on Body Types and I tried today and liked it. Very easy, perfect for beginners and doesn't take much time.

I went to the gym today (Sunday) and burned 1,000 calories between the elliptical and treadmill.
