Afro what protein are you mixing? I think I May start as a way to get in more veggies. I am getting my salads on. Going grocery shopping Monday. Have my eye on some of the juices at Whole Foods. Sang that is  good loss.

Just finished that Piloxing DVD, I like the workout and I was sweating like a mad woman but I wish it was more structured. 

some parts were like she was making it up as she went along. Stern Smile

Yoga & 30 mins elliptical

I find yoga so hard.  So much thigh and arm work. Imma get yoga arms and yoga butt.

If it doesn't rain this week, I will go run at the beach a day or two. Going to the gym is alright, but I need to change it up a little bit, and a two mile run on soft sand is the ideal change.
