Jillian Michaels body revolution phase 1. Feeling great. Jewels that scale is getting down down down. SVW that is a good loss.Clap

Ive started a PFT class to shock my body.  I love it and hate it all at the same time!  My bootay hurts.  I mean I can actually feel the muscle on the inside hurting!  thats a good thing but dog!

Ah she is just tottering like a seesaw. Slow and controlled is much better. She should press her back into the chair. Look in the mirror and get that technique right.

Then I went shopping
And then went BACK to the gym and did about 40 minutes of leg work. warmed up w/5 minutes on stairs

How often can you increase weight? Like this week I did 4 sets of 10 at 110 for legs.  Can I up it next week to 115?


Ate kinda sh*tty today.  Before the gym: 1/4 of a banana w/chunky pb.  After: 2 chicken thighs baked w/a small amount of bacon mac & cheese.  I know i'll be w/in my allotted calories today.  Might could have a sip or 2 of Irish creme.

30 minutes on the stair climber, 20 on stationary bike 1st time at gym

had to go back because my gf didnt know I left her so pretended it was my first workout of the day, Confused

2nd time did chest & back
