it's not bad if you stay away from yogurt full of sugar...there are some good greek yogurts

My treadmill came today.Now I'm just waiting to pick up my total Gold's home gym...Still want to drop about 30lbs before June..

so I'm slowly getting back to the weights this weekend...overall strength and getting my hips/butt up to 38" (I'm around 37 atm) is my goal

..I'm starting to realise that with consistency, I gain mass and definition fairly quickly
