I finally bought a new seat for my bike that doesn't hurt my booty and lady parts Wink I went for a ride today and was sweating and felt great!

It's low carb...about 9(flour)+ 2.8(if you use fat free cream cheese)+ 3.5 (sour cream)= 15g of carbs for the WHOLE thing...LOLDon't eat the whole thing tho.

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup almond flour + ¼ cup truvia + 2 tblspoons cinnamon

2  tablespoons butter

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

1/2 cups Truvia

1/2 cup milk (I replace with water…comes out fine)

2 eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pan. Press the almond flour mixture in the bottom of the pan...bake for 10 min.

2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour with melted butter. Press onto bottom of pan.

3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk(water), and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 3o minutes to 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

Also I see those squat challenges but I thought you were supposed to give your body parts breaks so the muscle can recover, am I supposed to be doing those everyday?

I wouldn't do squats everday
but I use weights
you should see a difference in 3-6 months if you stay consistent

I second Aries. Many of the photos posted for inspiration have ladies that don't work the booty each day. Poor muscles need rest and the squat challenge doesn't build in rest. Princess Grace are you working out in a gym or at home? Today I will get some workouts in.  Hmm I wonder if that cheesecake can make minis in muffin tins? That would be perfect portions and no slicing. Have to hit the store.
