I went to the gym yesterday but did not worked out at home. I am increasing the weights for donkey kicks, so I will do it only 2x this week instead of the usual three. I might try to do 25 extra reps of butt bridges, but will break down into sets of 3 instead of doing one set of several.

My butt is looking good but it is not bubbly yet. I don't know what I need to do to work those side musclesCry

if you are trying to build a shelf booty here is a video
as far as side muscles
side step squats
side lunges
side step ups
forgot to add feet turned out on the leg press 
tie a resistance band to your feet and side walk (can't remember the name of the exercise)

Went to the gym STRAIGHT after work. So glad I did.
I usually procrastinate and go around 9pm then I'm up ALL NIGHT.

today i did a treadmill interval workout...im going to try and get up early to workout because the gym is so crowded when i go at 8 pm
