Hmmm... that ass in that video is not the same as the ass in that photo.. Nice try though to whoever that woman was. How is she going to try to make a video on how to obtain the type of ass she has... When she doesn't have the ass either?? Smh..
Those moves do look like good moves but I hate when ppl try to Okey-doke ppl..
but I haven't done as well on my eating this week. I still have the rest of this week to get it together.

today was an easy day...didn't feel like working out so i just jumped rope for 30 min non stop at a moderate pace

im doing it too, except i took a week off from day 1  i need to buy protein before i do anything cause everything hurt so bad esp my arms

Hey Guys! So it's week 4 & I'm still going. This has been a rough week for me. I received my "little visitor" so the cravings were real! However still made progress! I'm still giving my knee healing time, so I won't incorporate any impact exercise for another few weeks.

No though it's still Jillian. I just searched youtube lol. I do like 30 day shred and will be doing that too. Glowing skin from handfuls of spinach Afro? I could use that. I have been having baby spinach in my salads but could definitely use more.
