Typical day:
breakfast: 2 boiled or scrambled eggs, maybe a bowl of cereal with almond milk. If i don't eat cereal I make a smoothie with spinach, almond milk, some frozen fruit or have some oatmeal. I don't always eat the eggs though

I try to go by inches
I took the batteries out of my scale and said fcuk it 
how many times a week do you work out?

Not seeing muscle definition, but I checked my waist and arms and lost 1 inch in both areas. I guess I'm doing something right I guess. I'm not expected muscles because I'm just using my body weight for insanity, not actually weight lifting.

dont give up island! 
just cus youre only using body weight doesnt mean you wont gain muscle from it.. 

i danced forever and i had a lot of muscle.. i looked like i weighed significantly less than i did (ppl thought i was lying when id tell them my weight).. we had lots of muscle. 
The scale is BS sometimes..
keep going and you'll keep seeing results.. everyones body works differently. 

also it looks like youre getting a lot of protein.. that is probably aiding in your muscle growth.. which is good though youre toning up.
