im sick, but i still went to the gym and did the workout below

ive been drinking hot toddies to get rid of this damn cold...ugh ive been drunk
all day, but sleeping a lot

did shoulders today, tbh. its still so many new years noobs in the gym. i thought they'd fall off by now but a lot of them are still committed.

so mad at myself cause i skipped another day

after day 1 my arms legs stomach.. everything basically hurts like hell
i even stretched before and after workout

i know some people push through and still workout thru the pain but i feel like crying
this sh*t hurts

Foolish are you tAking protein after? Maybe an Epsom salt bath will help

well, leys just say after 25 mins i had other ideas besides running

I am switching work out days for today only and going to the gym and working out at home tomorrow.

I am taking acv with the mother on the label (Braggs brand) and it tastes different than the regular acv. I sip it all at once, hold it in my mouth for a second, and then swallow. If I do it too fast it burns my throat and eyes lol. Sometimes I don't even need to drink a cup of water after taking acv.
