That's how I felt with the one workout I did. I will probably continue. Tonight I did turbo fire 45 class

Hammer curls
Overhead triceps extensions
10 lb dumbbells
I feel fantastic! Even though getting started takes the wind out. I will look into jack3d. I need a little boost to power through.

For people interested in juicing and making your own the Nutribullet is a great investment. I bought one a couple of weeks ago love it. It small,easy to assemble,easy to use, and easy to clean. I been juicing like almost everyday but I still eat too.

do you have any simple recipes for starting out
with fruits veggies, some greens? 

im not sure what goes with what
unless you just put awhole bunch of healthy stuff and blend lol
