Frozen Pollack and tilapia has been under $3. I will be having more of it. 19g protein per fillet tasty.  Anyone suggest any supplements for workouts? Or just stick with protein, water, fruits/veggies instead?

slacked off but starting again afro. I use workout vids and use some hand weights as I have to workout at home right now. Goal is weight loss. I have time to do workouts. I have been told to do different parts on different days. I see you posting your workouts. Thanks for the help Afro!
