what do yall eat? 

i think thats my biggest problem when trying to lose weight
but i suck at eating healthy

idk what to eat or how much
and i have to figure how ima get people to take me to go shopping every week for healthy food :/

Basically when you're eating you should have more veggies and protein on your plate than carbs. I love sweets but i know I can't eat candy because I would binge on it. So I eat fruits, dried fruits, homemade puddings, fruit snacks and make smoothies to satisfy my sweet tooth without feeling like I just ate food coloring and high fructose corn syrup LOL

This is what I eat, but I just started to really stick to it.

-Fruits (fresh and dried-organic dried ONLY though)
-Raw veggies, steamed veggies
-Salads
-Sweet potatoes
-Hummus
-Seaweed (my replacement for chips sometimes)
-Coconut yogurt (dairy makes me break out)
-Chia seed pudding
-Chicken, fish, shrimp
-Beef & Pork (sometimes)
-Tuna
-Quinoa (instead of rice)
-Sardines
-Green smoothies, fruit smoothies
-Almond milk
-Cereal
-Eggs
-Oatmeal
-Sliced turkey
-Healthy pizza (I use eggplant as my "crust" or cauliflower as my crust)
-Homemade fruit roll ups
-Sometimes quest bars or protein bars

legs and calves and cardio

5 sets squats pyramid up to 6 rep max

s/s leg press and leg extensions 4 sets

leg xtensions (heavy 3 sets)

stiff legged deadlifts 3 sets

seated leg curl 3 sets of 8-12

seated calf raises ... 3 sets of 8-15

cardio 25 min interval power walk target cal burn 150 (achieved 170 will push for 200 next tim post workout)

one cup mixed frozen veggies steamed

220g alaskan pollak (50g protein, 0 fat)

2 tbsp salsa



felt like a rabbit tbh
