Afro can you include your meals from time to time and calories?
i know you were aiming for like 3000 calories and i wanna do healthy high calorie as well…
I'm about to make some pasta but it'll be helllllla carbs.. i want like low-mediumish carbs, high protein, high calorie
you seem like your meals would be like that.. i need ideas.
btw im scared to work out.. my leg was really hurting. but I'm gonna work out anyways.. i need to just go back to physical therapy instead of being stubborn...
