Just finished working out. I did an hour of cardio on the treadmill and then worked on my lower half. Legs felt like jelly walking down the stairs to leave

GM ALL my trainer killed me yesterday wanted to karate kick him in the throat...

I absolutely hate burpees!!! going to the gym on my own tonight to get my cardio in!! I'm on a two week green juice fast so I will not overdo it...but feeling good so far..today is day 4...

The scale says I've lost 4lbs. since Sunday...But I think it's mostly water weight......we'll see..I'm weighing in on Friday again.

Afro can you include your meals from time to time and calories? 
i know you were aiming for like 3000 calories and i wanna do healthy high calorie as well… 
but balanced.. 

I'm about to make some pasta but it'll be helllllla carbs.. i want like low-mediumish carbs, high protein, high calorie 
you seem like your meals would be like that.. i need ideas. 



btw im scared to work out.. my leg was really hurting. but I'm gonna work out anyways.. i need to just go back to physical therapy instead of being stubborn...

done with gym today.
started with my trainer on dec. 23 so it's been about 7 weeks now but if you substract the 3 weeks that i was out of it we've only worked out together a total of 4 weeks.
anyways I started at 123 lbs and now i'm down to 121lbs. i've pretty much been between 120-125 my entire adult life so i'm cool with that.
was at 17% body fat and now im down to 16%.
idk what any that really means though, all i care about is being lean and looking great naked and feeling great.
i started bench pressing at 80lbs and now im at 135lbs so that's pretty cool.
i've pretty much improved in every area so I feel really good about that.
