I use kettlebells.  They're a great total body workout.  If you take a class, don't try to compete with other people.  Take you're time, listen to your body, and build your range gradually.  They are NO JOKE!

gives me that powerful feeling...not the same with machines...love it:)..shoulda seen me doing my flys last night like a bawce!LOL
