I'm taking a weight lifting class at my school and i love it so far. Its for six weeks so i'll be doing that on mon/wed and tues/thurs i'll be doing zumba. I'm gonna go grocery shopping later tonight. 

Has anyone used a filter pitcher before? i can't decide between pur or brita and the reviews are kinda mixed.

Has anyone tried kettlebells before?? Im thinking of taking a class 3x a week?

i took three days off because of back pain and have been using tiger balm...Works pretty good
so hopefully i will be back to sprinting workouts tomorrow

I finished my workout at home about 20 minutes ago, and then I ate the food I had prepared before my workout: orange chicken with white rice, broccoli and french fries. I am taking an appetite stimulant, that's why I put things on my plate that I usually wouldn't mix together.

I did butt bridges for only a minute, and it was burning but felt like an awesome workout.
I increased the weights on my ankle weights for donkey kicks from 3.75lbs to 5lbs and it didn't feel hard at all, it felt really good, which surprised me because last time I did it with 3.75lbs I was tired by the 30th rep (I do 50 for each leg).

I gained an inch on my butt, probably from weight gain and working out. I am excited to gain another 4 inches to achieve my main goal of a 40" butt, but for now I am happy achieving a 38" booty.

I've been working out pretty decently these past few weeks and I'm proud of myself! My diet on the other hand needs work. Haven't gone to the gym in a few days so I'm going to do a Lil something at home in a bit to keep my body going
