i think my ankle weights lie…
i just did:
40 reg squats, 10lb ankle weights on each wrist (so 20lbs)
15 single leg dead lifts each leg, 10lb ankle weights on each wrist " "
15 bulgarian squats each leg, 10lb ankle weights each wrist " "
and 30 turned out squats.. with a 25lb metal dumbbell…..
the dumbell seemed a lot heavier than the ankle weights… 5 lb difference shouldn't feel that different.
my leg is still clicking
i forgot to add that it was in pain some days which is what started my falling off…
sipping some protein now.. gonna repeat the above later and add in some other leg/glute exercises with ankle weights
