breakfast for the week

2 whole eggs 5 servings of egg whites

40 g uncooked oats

1/4 cup dried fruit

2 tbsp of almond butter/peanut butter

Do any of you use the DAILY BURN? It is a site that has a lot of workout videos,nutrition and exercise advice. I just signed up for a free 30 day trail. After the 30 days it is $10. I am going to try it I need some new routines and videos Youtube not cutting IT. I also got my Nutribullet love it I have made about three different juices and they have been pretty tasty. I have been using spinach,bananas,apples,blackberries,raspberries,chia seeds, and strawberries. I just added a little water tastes great.

Y'all this shirt used to be my "goal shirt" I wore this shirt in college and after I had my daughter, I couldn't squeeze back in it...so I kept it tucked away in my drawer.... 

Now it's looseLOL...It's still snug around my tots, but that's to be expected...I'm not at my goal weight, but it's a far cry from where I used to be

I'm about to get back in it and be extra serious…

no slacking! no excuses! 

i need to be more fit.. but i don't wanna lose weight.. i was scared before.. but I'm going to have to just start counting calories and make sure that when i do these classes with hella cardio I'm also eating more.. healthy high calorie though. 

i just bought a groupon for a gym I've been wanting to try out.. just for 10 classes.. i hate that its like an hour away.. but there aren't really places close to me that i want to go. 
anyways.. I'm really about to go hard.

about how many calories is this breakfast?

Today I am going to the gym to lift, and at home I will do butt bridges and donkey kicks. I will do DK with 5lbs ankle weights.
