This was a productive week in fitness terms:
went to the gym twice and not only I did the regular exercises but I also used the adductor/abductor chair; did donkey kicks at home 3x this week, and ran at the soft sand at the beach today for about 2 miles.

What do you guys do to get over a plateau? It's like my body stopped again. Got over that 1.5 pound lurch now my body is stuck again. I look smaller but the scale will not move and I have plenty of muscle that I'm not tryingto lose. I just want the fat to drop off..

I guess... more cardio, here I come.....

Weekends will be hard now that i dont have to open at work.

@Sdy. Wasnt there something in the other thread about switching up your diet to put the body in shock? Do you measure yourself, i think thats more important than weight.
