I did this last night with some kettlebell swings.... mujeres my legs are on fiyahh this morning and my back is sore... loved it tho

Carb Cycling: The Turbo CycleIf you want to shed those extra pounds extra fast, the Turbo Cycle is for you. Of the four carb cycles, this cycle takes off weight the fastest.
