you should...honestly jumping rope really peels off an excess weight i gain, it gets me really lean

Still hanging in here and still working out. I seem to have hit a small plateau but I got the scale to move this morning. I hope I'm over the hump. I've been doing serious leg work lately and I find that I enjoy it..

It's funny bc when i got to this weight the last time, my body hit a plateau also and I never got too far past it before my weight came back.
