eh i didnt look for any new workouts so i did the 60 minute workout (5/6.5/8)...i'm probably going to do this once a week

just did three sets of that stomach vacuum exercise. I have a feeling in my stomach that I'm going to feel it in the morning.

GG I'm in the same boat. I was speaking to someone yesterday while eating a pop-tart...and was like wtf am I doing? It's the end of Jan. & you're going to be very unhappy this summer if you don't lose these 30 lbs. I want to share so much in here, but there are some real aholes that frequent this thread & I don't want to derail this joint...LOL.

today's workout...took about 40 minutes and i used a free weight instead of a sandbag



Instructions:

1. One Arm Sandbag Swing (right arm)10 reps

GG good luck hun. I am going to do the same. This time around it is much harder than before. Age is the devil Cry. I am going to take the advice to plan out my meals and not shop while hungry. Making my list now and looking for recipes.

I've gained 8 lbs in 2014...

I did some squats, lunges, and jumping jacks this morning...

My portions are entirely too big and I snack too much. I think I'm gonna start eating my meals on a saucer...
