I'm currently doing a 60 day challenge on IG that's made up of the three challenges above..i also try to do atleast 30 mins of cardio a day. If I don't do my cardio I atleast get the challenge for the day in. Wall sits never get easier

Only 5,550 steps today, 3.16miles, burned 532.4 cals. I might do the ab challenge but i need a plank alternative

4 sets of 15 sit ups
100 trunk twisters(?)
3 sets of 15 standing pike crunches
100 oblique twists
2 sets of 25 high knee chops
a bunch of squats

walked for an hour carrying campfire yesterday morning...

did shoulders and arms last night

started the ab vacuum exercises too....been doing it consistently as I go about my business today.

looking to graduate from the chair squats soon
