i bullsh*tted this week Cry...Monday was MLK Day so i did nothing...Tuesday i ran for 2miles before i landed on my ankle kinda wrong and that hurt like a mofo, limped back home so i rested on Wed and Thur....Friday polar vortex 2 kept me in the house, or so i told myself Pinch ...the only plus is that i ate clean and the "detox" sickness and nausea is now gone Clap

The pedometer logged 12,311 steps yesterday, 7.93 miles, burned 1359.3 calories, just walking. The day's almost done and im only at 3,636 steps, 2.5 miles, burned 371 calories.

almost midnight, Im at: 7,850 steps(includes walking the dog smh), 4.98 miles, burned 851 calories. 5 sets of 15 sit ups... with a migraine. Not fun.
