Did so many squats and crunches last night then went on a half mile walk, it was late and 9 degrees

Took msm before bed and im not sore. I hate doing squats cause the next day im scared to use the bathroom.. everything is a squat. lol today im fine.

I downloaded a sit up counter app... it isn't sensitive at all. I was supposed to do 10 but it wasn't counting. I did 1 then 6 more, looked and it was still at 1 Idk how to change the settings to add sets, etc. I was gonna delete it but can one ever do too many crunches? lol
