I had my first ballet class yesterday, so much fun! I feel muscles that I forgot existed, I need to find a few drop in classes at another studio so I can practice so some. Unless someone knows of some good internet resources for practicing ballet at home.

I think i'll go for a jog today or maybe drop in on that Afro-Brazilian dance class down the street.

I really don't feel like doing insanity cardio recovery today...maybe I'll be more inclined after I eat...probably not lol. It's fuccin cold in this house which is why I don't want to move

Monday - worked out for about an hour.....mild cardio and heavy weight for legs

Tuesday- Stayed home because I couldn't feel my legsCry

Wednesday- worked out for about an hour and a half.....Intense cardio and heavy/light weight for legs

today's workout....took me about 56 min...i'm not sure what my fastest time was for this workout, but it's definitely not 56 min :(

anyway, it felt good to complete it

It Will Rain Sweat – 1000 Rep Workout

10 rounds of

10 1/2 Burpees (no pushup)
10 Sandbag Jump Squats (just held weights in my hand)
10 Push Ups
10 Toe Touch Sit Ups
10 Elbow Dips
10 Jump Tucks
10 Plank Jacks (on elbows)
10 Jump Lunges
10 Leg Drops
10 Plank Jumps (F/B)
