i worked out this morning...

10 rounds of

25 sandbag swings (each arm)....i used 15 lb weights instead
100 high knees w/ jump rope

I was thinking to myself that I have not been working out, but my definition of working out has been going to the gym to lift weights...
My sister is in town and for the past 6 days in a row I have gone to the beach and ran a mile or more on soft sand. It feels different than lifting weights but it sure was a workout!

I did 30 mins of cardio..... I hate cardio. I did lower body Tuesday and tomorrow will be upper body. Oh, and I hate cardio.

I'm finally up to 64 oz of water a day. I hate plain water and cardio but I love how it all makes me feel...

and last but not least, I hate cardio.... In case y'all were wondering.
