I almost want to stalk her and I don't even use my ig. But I may start. There is no reason I can't look like that and my stomach at my heaviest didn't look like that. and she weighed less than I did probably.

I did 2.5miles alternating run/walk yesterday, didnt reach the 3mile i wanted but will get there and hit 4 miles by the end this week.

Is anyone else feeling sick from eating healthier? It's been almost a week and it hasnt subsided Pinch.  I thought any "detox" side effects go away after a few days? Cry

I was nauseous and sick to stomach in week one
Now as I try to get into ketosis I'm just tired as sh-t
