I ran 1mile and walked 1mile yesterday morning, alternating every 1/4 of a mile. I wasn't as out of breath as on Wednesday, so i must be improving. I wanna get up to 1.5miles run & walk each today.
I ate horribly yesterday and paid for it
Main food for the week will be Pillsbury recipe crescent bbq chicken and stir-fried green beans. As usual various green smoothies for 1 meal and after-workout protein recovery smoothie.
After 2 weeks so far my clothes are already fitting better
. Though i think one side of my waist is getting more defined than the other, it's the side i swing my hula hoop towards more
