I have not lost a single POUND this week bc of my periodAngry
I didn't gain thank GOD, but still....I'm so frustrated. 

It was supposed to come Thurs. and end Sun.....but it showed up on Monday with a can't stop won't stop attitude...bloating...headaches....

try being on it for 2 weeks with no signs of letting up Angry
i took some pamprin yesterday which the box says helps bloat
i dropped 3.4 lbs and an inch in waist

I just found out that my gym at the Planet fitness is building a Pizza and Bagel bar inside the gymUnhappysooo ghetto!!!
Going to sign up with another gym..smh

I'm so proud that last night I was soo tired and wanted to just shower and go to bed, but pushed past the feeling and got a 50- minute cardio/weight combo in @ 10pm...

....two weeks into my renewed workout reggie and loving it so far....

6 days, sundays off


looking forward to getting some weights
and a bench

youre right.. i could/should definitely be doing more upper body stuff.. 

lower body/weights is my focus though Ouch
im in a weird position because i dont want to lose weight just add a little muscle mass (just a tiny bit.. i cant risk my face getting bigger).. so i dont wanna just do light things for my leg like walking a lot.. I know cutting some fat will be inevitable though.. especially once i start those krav maga classes.. 

but yea i will start back doing upper body stuff.. no excuses
