I worked out with two other girls tonight, both of them smaller than me, and they have no stamina....and don't like working out as hard as I do.

They say I workout like a bodybuilder .... "same time tomorrow?"..."nah."

ive been BSing.. 

my green drink sat in the fridge for too many days (like 4 or 5.. im not drinking it.. what a waste :-/ ) 
but i did buy a few during the past few days.. and ive been keeping up with my blue green algae shots. 

i had some pizza today though.. no cheese but still... that crust was so greasy and good Disapprove

and i havent really been exercising.. my leg is bothering me and im scared to re-injure it.

today's workout:

1 min jump rope

50 mountain climbers

1 min jump rope

50 bicycle crunches

1 min jump rope

25 prisoner squats

1 min jump rope

15 push ups

1 min jump rope

1 min plank hold

1 min jump rope

30 backwards lunges

1 min jump rope

15 squat thrusts

1 min jump rope

40 regular crunches

1 min jump rope

30 sec side plank (each side)

1 min jump rope

30 reverse crunches


after completing the entire circuit, take a 2 minute break, then repeat it again
