im about to buy these groupons for 10 krav maga classes.. and 10 boxing classes at two really good gyms... 

that should really help me get in shape prior to deciding on a gym

Yea I would always hit 195......but The trainer says that can be detrimental to your health if you stay that high too long.......

He also told me that at a heart rate that high your body is using up glycogen and not fat...and I should try to stay between 160 and 170...

I think I'll make Cheesecake tonight with Truvia instead of sugar.....and replace the graham crackers with almond flour.

the part about the glycogen.....this is why 1.5-2 hours before the gym I eat a peanut butter sandwich for the energy.  


160-170 I can get just walking at 4.3 at an incline of 4

idk if this will help anybody but i just wanted to drop this in here

chlorella is very effective for appetite suppressing, its a super food with many health benefits

my skinny behind didnt know this when i started taking it a few years ago

i had been taking it for glowing skin and hair purposes

i have the biggest appetite of anyone i know....i could literally eat all day but taking chlorella made me only hungry about once a day.

i lost about 7 pounds in a matter of weeks without really knowing until people started commenting on it....

so i threw it out because losing weight was a no no for me,
i didnt want to stop because it made my skin glow to the high heavensOuch
