I did my first bootcamp session at the gym last Thursday..I almost threw up. ugh. I'm beyond out of shape..could only do 40 min of the 50 min workout. I'll keep trying Dead

i dont know if you saw that i answered you but the black girls workout 2 video is waayyy better quality its a great workout but i think you should wait until they drop the price to$19.99 because 30 is a bit much for 1 dvd

I've been off track all weekend, no exercise and eating is all over the place.

my room is a mess and i couldnt find/didnt feel like searching for my other ankle weight last night.. 
so i got creative and held one ankle weight and a big bottle of bleach  

i know i have a few dumbells somewhere but didnt feel like looking. 

today ill find the other weight and dumbells and do a longer workout. 

i have hella veggies that i need to wash and juice too.. like 4 bunches of kale, 2 chard, 3 spinach, 1 dandelion, 3 celery, 3 cucumber Ouch
its been in the fridge since friday so i really need to get on at least half of it today..

when I started my weight loss in July I vowed no more processed sugars.  I wen cold turkey with no sugar and cream in my coffee.  It was hard to do but now I love it.   One day I woke up to really wanting cream and sugar..............and I did it and it tasted nasty!

i believe in cold turkey for almost everything...trying to wean off is harder for me
so, no sugar, no cream...good so far

yea your palatte really changes.. most things are too sweet and salty for me these days.. 

but i still like a little sweetness to my tea and coffee.. 
i need to try to get like you
