just put this mask on my face.. 
it needs to stay on for 25-35 minutes, im gonna work out for that duration 

mainly things with ankle weights and turned out squats

I did my first bootcamp session at the gym last Thursday..I almost threw up. ugh. I'm beyond out of shape..could only do 40 min of the 50 min workout. I'll keep trying Dead

i dont know if you saw that i answered you but the black girls workout 2 video is waayyy better quality its a great workout but i think you should wait until they drop the price to$19.99 because 30 is a bit much for 1 dvd
