for you guys who drink tea/coffee... idk if youve transitioned into using less sugar.. or a sugar substitute or what.. but try xylitol if you havent. 

imo it tastes a lot more like sugar than stevia and those other substitutes..

I have heard but do not know if it is true that sugar sweetners are not good for you and they can cause weight gain. I just use regular sugar but I buy packets which are controlled and i generally only use 2 at the most as opposed to before I started the healthy eating change I used like 6 to 8.

some of them.. like sucralose (splenda) and asparatame (sp?) are not good sugar substitutes.. but xylitol is okay.

My friend was in my neighborhood and I grabbed some clothes to run outside. I was trying on my new boots so I looked more put together than she expected. She asked if I lost weight. I saw her about 2 weeks ago. Nope

Lol.. my jeans were soooo tight. I hadn't lost a single pound since ive been sick. were going out in a couple weeks so im gonna be on it so she can ask if I lost more. She said sick looks good on me

I started my journey again on 11/11/13. I weighed yesterday on 1/11/14 to -27 pounds. I'm shocked to say the least. I'm happy..

My so had me run up and down some bleachers this morning. My poor legs are on fire! I am not sure I will be able to walk in the morning..

i did a 2 mile walk/run in the park today...not much, but i got my mum to do 1 mile with me, she's pre-diabetic

this week regular meals will be blackened tilapia, roasted potatoes and saute'd collard greens, and a small slice of banana-walnut bread for dessert. one meal will substituted with green smoothies.

Did 5 miles on the treadmill and it took me 64 min.  My best 5-mile time is 54 min.  That was a bit depressing but it's been 3 months since I did a 5-mile run.  My work schedule will not allow me to hit the gym/run outside until Wednesday so Pilates and whole food until then.
