Me too. This thread made me break out p90x early morning. I only did the assessment and I could feel my heart beating in my ears. Winded as hell, I could feel heat radiating off my body. Sweating like I fought and cheated death. To top it off my 4 yr old asked if I can't breathe and he can call 911

I'm in.....my thyroid is out of wack because I did not know I had a tolerance to Soy and I started gaining major weight!    Since Jan 1    I am doing Adkins 100%   only carns from veggies and lots of water....
right now I am doing cardio for 45-hour each morning.

haven't worked out for a good three weeks due to weather,lazines, my gym partner/ride ( my brother) and school.. but ima be on it.. from now on...

Got my Piloxing DVD yesterday, I am going to do it today. This stupid weather, I cant even pretend that I am going to trudge through snow and ice patches to go to the gym.

Has anyone tried the 30 day challenge by Jillian?

I'm on day 6 today and already I'm seeing some results..It's still early, so the results aren't HUGE, but I'm still celebrating Cool

eta: I'm also going to the gym 3-4 days out of the week..so that's probably adding to my results as well
