I use Map my Fitness.  I can outline a few blocks of what I want to walk and it gives me the distance.  when I log in and use that same block I'll but how long it took towalk and it calculates my calories burned for me

I picked up some organic greens, hummus and got some green juices at Whole Foods. They had samples that tasted pretty good.

I gain 10 pounds during my illness due to prednisone medication . I lost all the weight in 2 weeks drinking Medifast shakes as a replacement for breakfast and lunch . I found out about the company 10 years ago . The shakes really stop my cravings for unhealthy snacks.

I joined a Gym in my neighbor it is $22 a month . I had a free training session last night with a trainer. He was trying to kill me had doing all kind of crazy exercises. I do not think I will be making him my trainer he did give me some new exercise ideas but he did not give me any tips on how to jump start more weight loss. It is a pretty nice gym once they get there cycling bikes I will start taking a cycling class.

Insanity day 5 was pure cardio=pure hell. It was hard as hell but worth it since i burned 402 calories in 40 minutes. Go me!
