Smaison you know your body. Give yourself a rest and then get back at it! Hope you feel better soon. Would it help you if you worn a wrap or brace during exercise?

thanks ladies! it just sucks because i was on a roll and now this.
as for my knees they are doing much better and yes sometimes i do wear a knee brace when working out but only when it gets really really bad and in that case it's just best to stay off of it.

at my place i just use my laptop, but at my SO's i use his tv since he has some cord to hook it up

just had a green smoothie (avacado, kale, spinach, water) 

and 3 shots of blue green algae 

i would have gone to a class today while im in the city but none were at the right time. 
im gonna do some exercises with ankle weights later.

lol it has loooads of health benefits.. theres different types.. one is spirulina which youve probably heard of. 

but i just had e3live... which is better. it has 65 vitamins and minerals and it really has hella benefits..
