It's cleaning out my system something fierce.. DH said that I needed to eat something soild after drinking the juice... I think I used to much celery in this batch.

interesting.. 

ive read that you shouldnt eat for about half an hour after and its best on an empty stomach.. 
i dont always do that though. 

you probably know your body somewhat though.. play with it and see what works best for you. 


its strange but the juices dont make me use the bathroom

I had a headache yesterday and then today...lets just say my intestines are debris free

I've found that keeping an actual journal/planner/calendar has helped me immensely..Im actually able to keep on track..minus today of course Pinch

Are your knees hurting because of the squats? If so please please make sure your form is right. Too many ppl do squats wrong and put pressure and weight on their knees. Make sure you are not bending foward when you squat down and your knees don't pass your toes. I started training my best friend it it took her a while to get the form down, her knees were hurting her the first few times she tried but know she's a pro Wink
